How it works.

  1. Start online

    Hit Start a Return or Exchange and enter your order number and email. Pick exchange or return.

  2. Ship it back

    We'll email you a prepaid label. Pack the shoes in their original box and drop them off.

  3. We handle the rest

    Exchanges ship out as soon as your return is on its way. Refunds post within 5 business days of arrival.

Shipping

Free shipping on U.S. orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $6.95.

  • In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
  • We currently ship within the United States only.
The $150 free-shipping threshold is based on your order total after discounts and before taxes.

Pre-orders

Pre-order pairs ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, in the order they were placed. We'll email you when yours is on the way. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, we ship everything together once the pre-order arrives.

Exchanges (always free)

Not quite the right fit or color? Exchange for a different size or colorway at no cost. We cover the return label and ship your new pair free.

  • Start within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If your new size is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit.
  • Your new pair ships as soon as your return is scanned by the carrier.

Returns

If they just aren't for you, send them back for a refund to your original payment method.

  • Start within 14 days of delivery.
  • A $6.95 return label fee is deducted from your refund.
  • Original shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Refunds are issued within 5 business days of the return arriving at our warehouse.

Condition

Shoes must be unworn and returned in their original box with everything they came with. Try them on indoors on a clean surface. Pairs that show outdoor wear can't be accepted.

A note from us

We're a small team, and every pair that comes back gets checked by hand. Please take care of the box it arrives in; it's part of how we keep returned pairs in great shape. Thanks for your patience, and we'll keep you updated the whole way.
