Shipping Policy

Free Shipping on $150+

Free U.S. shipping on orders of $150 or more. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $6.95.

The $150 threshold is based on your order total after discounts and before taxes.

Processing & Delivery

In-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery times vary by destination but are generally 3–7 business days. We currently ship within the United States only.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order pairs ship as soon as they arrive at our warehouse, in the order they were placed. If your order mixes pre-order and in-stock items, we ship everything together once the pre-order arrives.

Returns & Exchanges

Exchanges are always free. Returns carry a $6.95 return label fee, deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are not refundable. See the full policy and start a return or exchange at moondeck.co/pages/exchanges-and-returns.
