6. Returns & Exchanges
We are a small company, and returns/exchanges have a real impact on our business. We want you in the right size, so you may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Shoes must be: Clean Unworn outdoors Unscuffed In like-new condition To start a return or exchange, email us at info@moondeck.co. We may refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Limited Warranty
Our products are designed for everyday wear, but normal wear and tear is expected. If you believe you received a defective item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a description of the issue. Moondeck will determine, at its discretion, whether a replacement or store credit is appropriate.
